Baheda Chhilka (Baheda Bark)

Baheda Chhilka is obtained from the dried fruit of the Baheda tree. It has been traditionally valued in Ayurveda and is commonly used in various herbal formulations. Baheda is one of the three classical ingredients of Triphala, along with Haritaki (Harad) and Amla. The dried Baheda chhilka can be used in traditional herbal preparations or ground into powder according to the intended use. It has a naturally astringent and slightly bitter taste.
